another way to uppercut easily ( for me atleast ) lure your opponent to use catch on you, because if you miss catch you can't move for a bit so ungaurd before they catch you and use uppercut while they wont be able to move :)
actually i commented too early to see that it actually haves spin kick combo, pls dont be mad those who saw the comment ;) also after x-rays, clash ends or catches, most people would use an overhand because it deals heavy damage

I usually just uppercut but if they are good at dodging i can do more aggressive skills such as side jab or string cross else I just do clash and when I win, I try to camp them

Against pros that doesn’t work as they typically orbit around you then catch so they can get away from the uppercut

in some cases i use overhand for more dmg (with a person like 2v2s) so my team mate has more recovery time

Currently all of my stats are 99 except speed which is 66
