For the past 13 years Skillet has slowly going back to their Industrial/electronic rock sound that they were known for in the early 2000s. This song specifically is definitely a callback to early skillet. It’s heavy but in a weird way. Has alien youth vibes all over it and I’m digging it. This is great fan service, combining the old school sound with the heavy alternative rock/metal sound that got them popular to please both old and newer fans

I love the "drum n' bass" influence on the pre-chorus and the chorus is one of my favorite on the album! They definitely put some creativity into this one.
This has a level of freshness I haven't heard from Skillet in a looooong time! I hope streams and sales are through the roof! This album is absolutely brilliant and filled with variety and lots of cool left turns. It is definitely one of their top three albums ever imo!
It's definitely their most unique album! Not only does the whole album stand out from the rest, but each song within the album itself stands out from the rest! Truly amazing how they put together an album where all the songs are out of tune with each other, each having a completely different feel. Yet they still come together and form one album that's absolutely amazing, and all of those different songs fit so well together. This is why I love Skillet, they're so talented

top 5 imo, it's rather good but can't beat Collide, Comatose, Awake, or Rise.

Finally! A song and nostalgic album that feels like the Alien Youth/Collide Era. This is like "Kill Me Heal Me" part 2. The formula is right there. Sick and slayin it to the max.

It sounds like John Cooper was channeling his inner David Draiman for this song cause this song gave off major Disturbed vibes. I've been a fan of both Skillet and Disturbed for years so I love this song a lot.

My 8 year-old son loves Skillet, and this is now his favorite song (he loves the "robot bits"). Listening to it turned around my thinking in an urgent family matter with sweeping consequences. Yes, I will feel pain for what is about to happen, but first and foremost, I must stand for the truth, even though it assuredly will cause potentially devastating harm to some parties.
Again, thank you Skillet, for providing inspiration in difficult times.

Think this is the closest they've ever gotten to hard metal. And I love it.
Since Collide/Comatose. Those albums go super hard. Since then they've had "Live Free or Let Me Die", "Dead Inside" (maybe "It's Not Me, It's You" as well), "Circus for a Psycho", "Out of Hell" and "Breaking Free" for heavier songs. This album hopefully hints at heavier stuff to come, hopefully.
