Hi, I have a lg washer wm2501hwa and it will not turn on. The only way I could turn it on if I reset the washer by unplugging and plugging it back in. It might be a bad control board (ebr32268013). Could you identify which part I need to replace on this control board. Your help is very much be appreciated, thank you!

as its board is fully electronically controlled. any feedback missing, any loos sensor feedback, door switch problem
or internal board's power supply circuit failure will lead to its off condition. it needs a thorough troubleshooting process to identify the exact root cause

may be someting is touching to body
check good earthing
check continuity of motor connections with motor body
check heater continuity with body
check class Y capacitor across the SMPS transformer (between primary and secondary ground)
