@fallout3pipboy1 Back then it, It was in style for women to be feminine, so they talked in softer, more melodic voices, wore dresses, and girdles or corsets ( to aquire a more feminine look) I think nowadays its more popular for ladies to be more "earthy" and natural than the feminized, almost angelic look that they had in the past.
