It's actually true. I usually toss and turn a fair bit throughout the night. Recently bought a few extra pillows to try it out and I stayed in this position for nearly the entire night. I won't lie and say I didn't move at all, but I very noticeably cut the tossing and turning by at least half.

No. You toss and turn because staying in one position will always get uncomfortable at some point during sleep. Like sitting in a comfy chair. Your body will get restless because the body gets stiff over time and need to readjust. Can’t control your body if you’re not awake

You were going towards the ankle. The ankle is important as well. They are tough bones, that only makes sense tough bones like that creating pressure against each other would be bad. I use my comfortor to separate the those areas and sometimes a pillow as well. But my arm gets pinched and I end up rotating at night. But the position feels too good to fall asleep in. Well Ig its my shoulder since thats what i rest my head on with my pillow inbetween them.

I have a bulged and herniated disc in my neck. Also a failed back surgery. And I'm in pain constantly, especially first getting up in the morning. My shoulder is stuck up higher and my neck is stuck too. Along with my arm I have to kind of hold when I'm just starting to move around. I'm not sure if my mattress is any good anymore or my pillows. Not sure what to get for good ones. I sleep with my head on two pillows and a pillow in between my legs. But I do wake up in other positions. And where I'm in chronic pain because of this is there any way a video can be done to for cleaning the house? Example I have to do dishes by hand and my neck pain makes it so hard because it's hitting the nerves and makes it very hard to do house hold chores. Thank you..

So I feel a lot of the pressure on my shoulder and started lately feeling pain around the trapezius, shoulder area. I notice when I sleep on my side I round my shoulder and then put my weight on it. Versus having my shoulders pulled back and down like you would if you were standing up straight!
