It saddens me that he has left us, though it was years ago. Such a man should live on...but...in a way, he still does, through such things as this, recordings of that incomparable voice, which eases my pain. No one like him will ever come again. His genius has always had a home in my heart. It always will. He was rare and marvelous. I hope he has found peace and true joy in Heaven. He deserves this.
Ahh the Welsh, and the phenomenal, Richard Burton. A voice like a Stradivarius cello in a coal mine. Only the mellifluous Anthony Hopkins (the other Welshman) and Gregory Peck, both come second. Burton & Peck, truly missed 💔💔💔
