I'm sorry, where do you get the idea that healthcare in the U.S. is popular? It's a total disaster. At the very least, both Trump and RFK Jr.'s supporters hate the state of healthcare in the U.S., and that essentially makes it 45-55 against it.
Of course, I don't know how many people there still are that think the healthcare abomination has nothing to do with the "Affordable Care Act", probably the same as the number of people who think that acts of Congress are named after what they're for, instead of what the Congress cockroaches and their corporate bedfellows want us to believe they're for.
But at minimum, I think neither RFK Jr. nor Trump's supporters support the ACA. Or, indeed, any of the corrupt measures Congress has passed for the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
They should officially change it to “Obama Care” to show appreciation maybe at the 50 million covered mark

Absolutely there is no low cost of living in Florida these days.
It isn't low cost anymore. It's basic supply and demand.
So many people want to live here and there aren't enough houses.

Obamacare is not an option, if your employer doesn't offer you insurance, it's mandatory.
It's expensive, the coverage is terrible, it needs massive reform.
It is not actually mandatory. Coverage is terrible but better than what it would have been without the additional regulations.
