i’d like to see a fantasy world or campaign where both versions of goblins coexist as part of the same species, that’d be incredibly fun and interesting to me
In dnd this sorta exsists as their are two types of goblin the more wild goblin smart enough to form groups and use weapons occasional know common.
Thwn their are the goblins that coexist with settlemwnts living in and working in said settlements of othwr races. Gernally more clothed then their wild brothers and sisters and way more well mannered but still love shiny things.
There’s a Game called Song of Swords where the some defining traits of goblins are:
Males grow Horns, are largely Asexual due to their horrific living conditions and are halfway decent combatants.
Females run the tribe, knock out males for reproduction and are actually decent to look at.
That aside, the entirely black eyes are a turn off and they start out fish belly white and turn green over time in daylight (it’s like getting a tan)
