Ingredients:
- 8-10 leftover idlis
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies or paste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp sambar powder
- A few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. *Cut the Idlis:*
- If you have leftover idlis, cut them into bite-sized cubes. If you're using freshly made idlis, let them cool a bit before cutting.
2. *Fry the Idli Cubes:*
