I've come across IPS probs when allotted Nagaland Cadre. Posted to remove areas. They have accepted the challenges in a new place. And done well in their assignments. Working in these remote areas groom them, to go anywhere in the country. Good training ground. The AIS officers are doing great and are the best as per my experience.
I have had the good fortune of knowing Sir Chauhan from back when he was SP in Mokokchung and then on in Tuensang. Most dedicated and diligent, and most of all very humble.
Honestly speaking those govt employees who got transferred in northeast regions , they enjoy more here than metro cities. People look up and regarded them with respect

Been living in the vicinity of Tuensang SP residence since 26 years and oh God! finally today through this video I got to see what it's actually like on the inside 😂😂 Idk if it's just me or my colony mates can relate but ever since I made sense of this world I remember walking pass with a child like wonder only imagining its compound and the interior structure cus the gates were always shut! Thankyou for opening the gate of Willy Wonka 😄 All that aside tho, it was a great interaction and very insightful even for a local like me because we as public seldom get to see the system inside and understand the challenges the administration faces especially for personales from far off posted in a tribal society with so many varying customary laws and self determined system. ❤

I’m glad he is so honest and has very clear understanding of how things are in nagaland. He said establishing a system is challenging because people even in around the village levels sort things but I don’t agree when he said introducing the force and system will be beneficial for them coz I believe nagas are extremely selfish. If people accept the way of doing things through law and order and prioritize it… it will become worst than any other states in the country.
