There really isn't another channel from India that is doing the kind of the honest, understated work that you are doing Anubhav ji. Your genuine, non-judgmental curiosity about food and people, your appreciation of the mind boggling diversity of our country comes through in your videos. You always let others speak. You are almost always the listener, the viewer. That is a rare quality today. Thank you.

And @BongEats - very true. Anubhav’s videos can be consumed not just by a connoisseur of food but as proper documentaries explaining the diverse food culture of India.

As an Assamese who is familiar with the local Naga cuisine, this series has been an eye opener that has filled in a lot of blanks. Thank you! I still haven't developed a taste for akhuni (fermented soya beans) even though my Ao sister in law has tried hard, but the rest is fantastic, especially the pork, chicken, fish. Very popular here. BTW, that is a kitchen that we should try to replicate here in Assam. It's really how things were before we got "civilized".

Gr8 video as always. Interesting to see how Anubhav switches to Bihari Hindi when he meets vendors from Bihar and spends an extra minute or two chit chatting with them. It's a comfort zone. I met students from nagaland in mumbai who came to study in my school. Learnt the intracacies of football from them. Very humble and simple people. They were a fresh of breath in the materialistic city. still cherish their association. May God bless them.

Yes. Naga food cooking is very simple. Mostly we put the ingredients at once, ijust boil it and wait for it to be cooked.
