Mad respect for your profession and how hard you all work to harvest and restore the land..Surprises me at times how many people think loggers remove trees damage the land and walk away..Thanks for taking the time to spot light the replanting process.
Just a quick TYVM for sharing your videos. Ten year ago i watched Loggers clear 30 acres of mature trees .That Bzzz sound the cutterhead made is still vivid in my memory. Watching and hearing the power of your Tigercat is addictive. How nice to see you respect the land that earns you a living..Well done to you and your crew.
Everytime I bust a hose I get two replacements made so the next time I have it or I can use one that's too long or something as a temp. I have a big box on my service truck packed with new hoses.
You were in the zone there loading. It’s really cool how much stuff is going on when you’re loading a truck even setting up logs for the next truck. Definitely fun to watch. Tin looks good. Great video
You are awesome buddy and so are your videos They help me get through my days after work I'm a nobody loser an can't afford anything but I'm trying to get me 1 of your shirts Your to awesome keep on keeping on
Tim, even though I'm pretty new to your channel, I have to say, don't let peoples stupid, rude or whatever else type of comments discourage you. You make some awesome videos. The way you work these machines are amazing. I have never been a machine operator myself, but I have seen a lot machine operators thru my lifetime, being with my granddad in the woods as he was a logger, and you are among the absolutely best ones. Taking care of the forest are really essential, and TDK does a great work in this regard as far I can see. Keep up the good work, and keep the videos coming. I can't wait for them to come each single day. :-)
Great video Tim that's some nice loading that's what you call racking and stacking man ,the shop project is looking good be safe and have a blessed day !
Awesome video tim I like watching a video of you running your loader. Hope you are having a great Sunday. The tin is looking very nice can't wait to see it finished. Hope you have a good week ahead
The shelves you are using should be able to share the middle support I have used shelves similar to those and I have nothing but good things to say about them, they work great. Shop is looking great, keep the videos rolling! 👍
Yeah your def right about Parker tim. We make our on hoses but I'm not sure what hose machine we have but it's a good one. Far as hoses an fitting we went to all ryco. There the only hoses an fitting that hold up for us.firestone Parker an gates hoses has just went to crap. BTW awesome footage on the loading there I enjoyed that. That ticket on the strings brings back memories to me I or we on a old job did that on our 437d saves time lol.
People get into the green and brown bottles on Friday and Saturday night and show their vast knowledge with half ast information. You guys all work your --- off, earn every penny you get.
Talking with my old man, he's 82 this year ,these kids can't do what we do we work hard ! I am 42 knees are shot ,(jumpen off equipment) live an learn i guess ! Good vidja 😁
If you ever get around to it you should do a WORK SHOP walk around. (We already see them home shop) would be cool just to see the heart of y'all operations.
@cotontop3 I have a question regarding your loading position. Is there benefit in having the truck pull up that far? In our end we usually get the truck to jack knife in front of the shovel to reduce the amount of swing the shovel has to do? Anyhow great videos!
Are the joy stick controls for the most part the same controls as running an excavator? Been running excavator 8 years, but starting a logging job in a couple days. Just can’t find any videos on here that confirm the joy sticks are the same controls are running a excavator. Machine I’ll be running in forestry is a 558 Cat.
That's the witching hour for after bar hours. Nothing to do but make nasty comments. Shop is looking good Tim like the white metal reminds me of building a betco building
Why do you load rat tail loads? I guess I don't know how much weight is there, but when I try to load trucks in my area (which is very different than what you are doing) I try to load some butts to the rear so you can get more wood on the truck...
I think it is what kind of wood it is and a truck number. He has a printer on the floor that he prints out and gives it to the driver. I think it also says what mill it is going to. He can't show and actual ticket because there is information that isn't supposed to be seen. It might also show what tract it came from. If you notice he gave the ticket to the driver before he loads them, so there is no weight on it. When the truck gets to the mill he pulls on the scale, the weight is taken then they go unload and the truck weighs again and they subtract the full weight which is the Gross Weight from the Empty weight and that is the Tare Weight and that shows hoe many tons of logs the mill got.
Damn I work in the woods and then 40 loads was a good week for all loggers we get a 100 dollars if we got 40 loaded but the one I work for he tell the driver not to come back at 39 loads I did not think that was not right and work for one If I got ahead he make me stay at home for a day I just lose 75 dollars and I never work for one that was marking money going broke it would just piss me off

Tree length and big green straight wood ! What a dream to run !
Another great video with great comments.
Glad to hear you found a system to isolate the idiots and ding-a-lings Tim!...God Bless you and your family!

Ct3, that really brightens up your shop!
I am a fairly new subscriber Tim,and your videos are top notch. Thank You !!

Absolutely love the loading videos.
well good morning there fella. hope everything is going good for ya bud.
Like hearing the cb talk. I got one in my truck & u can hear the funniest thing on them sometime it funner when u tell someone about it.
Tim next week with the rain is going to be bad on us all. Have a great day and be safe
It's amazing how that machine picks those trees up without it even knowing it. What a beast lol 💪
I like seeing the wood move!
Ive seen many a five log load that took way longer to load than those, that's sweet.
Skill saw blade turned around backwards cuts tin pretty good but extremely loud
Busy for sure,
Stay safe
Dwayne
Maybe we could get a update on the old equipment on your all’s personal logging site?
Great job enjoyed that !!!
Tim, Shop look's great, You all busted some serious butt this day..LOL Take care Tim..
Shops going to look awesome with the tin see ya Napa mike
I used a wood blade turned backwards on a skil saw. then i bought a sheet metal blade for skil saw for that siding . Works great its fast
Wood blade turned backwards works pretty good. But the metal blade is better
I’m gonna try to find a metal blade today.. William can you send me a link to one like I need through email cotontop3@yahoo.com

They should be the same.

Looks good

That loader plays with trees like us playing with matchsticks.
On average how many logs does it take to load a truck I know size matters? Them truck drivers sound like the guys I work with at the mines!👍🏻
Another week of Great videos, shop is looking great. Cant wait to see the finished product.
Great Video Tim. Is that poles you are loading or Chip n saw?
Tree length saw logs to a 7” top
I like your videos and I want a big Stihl chainsaw from you
Why do you load rat tail loads? I guess I don't know how much weight is there, but when I try to load trucks in my area (which is very different than what you are doing) I try to load some butts to the rear so you can get more wood on the truck...
Nice video there sir
what are the tickets the truck drivers come get to you? i never seen that up here on the other side of the broder!
the truck tickets from him he got a long string with like a clothespin he lowers them down
You can be all business when needed a good day
Shop is looking good Tim. How is that little dog Tater doing?
Seems the wood mills are awfully picky now. Considering last time I was in the woods or a plant was 20...25 years ago
Could someone describe the ticket process and how that works?
Is it a weight or verification process he is using?
Thanks
I think it is what kind of wood it is and a truck number. He has a printer on the floor that he prints out and gives it to the driver. I think it also says what mill it is going to. Thanks I noticed that he did not have a weight and the ticket was given prior to loading also.
Good info Thank You
love ya vid,s mate.
Where is this?
You can always depend on an old racer GO FAST AN TURN LEFT
Looks like you are the only one working
When you say you can haul 88k your meaning you can gross up to 88k?
Yeah I'm thinking he's saying he can have the total weight of the load and truck weight at 88k
the loader guy at our block could learn a few things from you
Tell us about the racks behind you.
He bought those several videos ago. He talked about them then. He had them on his little trailer and unloaded them whith his tractor.
nice vid can we use a small part in our next compilation?
I’d rather you not.

88,000 lbs ??? Our overtaxed and over stressed roads in Pa only allow 80,000 lbs
They are legally able to haul that where they are. Each state is different.
Brian Gardiner that I know my friend.... being a trucker myself ....just letting Tim know what Pa was and how our roads are
Washington is a max gross of 105 500. Its nuts
William Uskoski ..... wow .... no permits required ??? Are they catering to the logging industry ???
@@abikerinpa you have your tonnage and everything still but yah legal max weight is 105 500 gross
I'm surprised you don't have the ability to tell the weight of what you are lifting. ...as advanced as these machines are.
newer ones than what Tim is using might be able to.
88,000 on 5 axles? No.
