Cambridge is not in the Midlands, it's part of East Anglia. It is in no way infamous, it's famous. There isn't just one college it's made up of many.

If you were planning to do MBA Finance to get on to a banking and finance career, and you had to select from Anglia Ruskin, Coventry, and Nottingham Trent University, Which one would you go for?

trinity, john's and jesus are the most applied to, but the most famous are trinity, john's and kings - definitely not jesus
also, in regards to having historic architecture, yes, jesus has that, but there are soo many other colleges which are much older than jesus such as king's, queens', corpus christi, gonville and caius, pembroke, clare, peterhouse.
in regards to providing the old school traditions, nearly all the 'old' colleges (there are 16 old colleges, 15 new colleges) provide that old school feel & all the traditions you would expect
