Don't know if you've checked already, but Daily Tidy and Archive...
(Slight spoilers below about them, no spoilers on any puzzles themselves. Read at your own risk.)
Daily Tidy is indeed a once-a-day puzzle. Archives is like an extra DLC. Both are fun.
I don't recommend trying to 100% the achievements for this reason.
