Well done. This is how I took my rivets out too. Worked so fast. Luckily my ceiling had screws. My biggest demo challenge was the through bolts in the tracks on the floor for wheel chairs. I had to have a buddy under the bus getting covered in road grime while I was inside with a hex head on my driver. That got most but I had to cut the ones that were stripped.

Ross, I wanted to come back to this video to thank you for 2 reasons. Reason #1: this is the first of your videos I saw. Reason #2: You posted this video on UA-cam the day I had to say goodbye to my 14-1/2 year old pup. Your soothing voice at the end and advice to get outside like Nolie and I used to do made the day a lot easier. Thank you friend!! (BTW I am Kentucky Dreaming on the skoolie forum)
Keep up the inspiring video series!!

Therainbowboxer and I posted video years ago, using air chisel for bus rivets, works great!

Planning on doing a roof raise myself. Your videos are super detailed and amazing, after watching these videos, I now have a lot of confidence to do it myself. I just was wondering where you got your 1/4” closed back rivets from? Can you provide a link please sir?

Wonder if this would work on Huckbolts, used in old Wayne Lifeguard buses.

Huckbolts are far too tough to remove this way, but I generally only see those on frame attachments. Buck rivets are also too tough to just cut off without damaging the chisel, but we do have a method for removing those when we take off the exterior ribbed rails. I'll be posting a video about that soon.

I hope my walls come off this easy. I had heard that the tops of the panels were welded under the window sill...
Thankfully, ours aren't riveted in, but instead are screwed in and we've managed to get almost all the screws out. Then I'll chisel the rest out ^-^

I thought the nubs were called "thingies." Now I know what to call them! 😉
