I lived in jakarta,indonesia... just 6 hours from melbourne australia.. and the city is flooded, I really hope australia have the same thing or maybe darwin will have rain too , I’ve been to australia last year and it was fine.. For better understanding of yours in india you don't have snow fighting systems and snow preparations on your car in rajasthan state.. because u know it will not snow in rajasthan...
But still dubai have advanced technologies and machines through which they cleared clogged roads...

Dubai isn't that dumb to ruin it's reputation by not having a drainage system.
