really miss this era when theres nicky in repsol honda, marco melandri, sete gibernau, loris capirossi, and the newbies pedrosa and stoner. miss rossi's era! :')
i really hate it when people forget the fact that this guy gave so much to motogp and is still giving so much, he is the best rider the world has ever seen , some people (like urself) forget all his victories all his battles all his damn talent, and only mention his ducati days well guess what, now he is back ;)
Let's thank also Loris Capirossi (aka Capirex), he had an incredible career and he's one of the best ever even if he didn't win much! He's one of the few that Rossi felt as a true rival, that's because he's a fighter. Who don't love fighters?
Dani Pedrosa is the incredible pilot but he had not any MotoGP tittle for too injuries. In 2008, 2011 and 2013 he crashed when he was leader, this is only bad luck. Dani is the great rider but he haven't luck
2021 coming up. Let's put things in perspective: If Rossi gets to win just one race, it will be one of the most historic moments in MotoGP history... and I hope he does it...
Rafiur rahman You're right, Moto3 and Moto2 are wayyyy more exciting except from the occasional race such as Assen where Marc and Vale had a brilliant racing battle.
This is pure fight on the track not same as race today in premiere class. Btw, 12 years on MotoGP and still not a world champion I'm talking about Pedrosa.
NIcky got it done that year. Earl and Rose Hayden are the best people it seems like everytime I seem them at a track they are always showing love and entertaning people with great stories. NICKY the people's champ..
Rossi like yakuza, he is very skilled in this race, could kill anyone. He is the best man and the most friendly to anyone in MotoGP. WE LOVE YOU VALENTINO ROSSI. FORZA 46
Number 46... legend... back when he dominated his own race in Mugello... 2002 - 2008... win win win... always was a banker... 2009 it rained ... he came 3rd😭😭😭
he is 34 years old genius , trust me rossi fans dont care anymore if he wins or not , hell win a coiple of races before he retires he deserves respect after all he has done.
Guido meda 💙
I'm a huge fan of F1. But TBH, the F1-related people must be prohibited on any MotoGP races in the future. In #AustrianGP today, Ross Brawn is on track. :-/
Back when they were using 5 cylinder engines. Those things sounded brutal in real life. What you hear in MotoGp, despite it sounding epic, it doesn't cut it compared to the 990 Era.
BTW he was doing quite a bit better than when he was at Ducati. It's just the two unfortunate crashes that brought him down a bit recently. He's been fighting for podium in almost every race even if he doesn't get it in the end. That's a step up from his poor performance at Ducati. Podium on the first race back is nothing to cry about.
give poor rossi a break he has done more than any other motorcycle racer in history 5 back to back championships , and 2 back to back championships in the era of the aliens (stoner , lorenzo and pedrosa) he beat them all fair and square he has done enough and he deserves to enjoy now let him live , he already did it in 2009 and 2008 . who cares if he is last he is still the GOAt
No, I won't bring Ducati into it because I wasn't talking about him being good OR bad on certain bikes in the first place. My point was about him not needing to retire just because he isn't winning anymore.
My point was in regard to SuperLA46 comment about MotoGP is boring these days - not specifically in regard to Rossi, but in regard to the lack of passing up front the past few years in MotoGP.....I only referenced Rossi, because he was back in 5th of 6th and one point and won.....seems like it has been a long time since I've watched that in MotoGP - regardless of the riders name......simply like motorcycle racing, not a rider specific fan - although I am partial to Ducati, as that is what I ride
I'm pretty sure he doesn't care about being 'humiliated'. He will have fans even if he took a shit on the race-track. And I don't care if people ruin their record. This goes for all sports-people. They have all the right to carry on participating if they want to. We have no right to expect them to retire. Plenty of other sports I watch have players who aren't as good as they were before - that is the natural progression of things. Old legends make way for new ones. (and lol Bradl isn't better)
Why should people retire the moment some retards on the internet want them to? Pretty much everyone who participates in the sport loves doing it + they get paid for it. It's the dream job. You guys (and I) would pounce on the chance to do something this awesome for a living. He isn't ruining his legacy because people like to see him race. He has done his part - 9 wins is more than enough to keep him in the hall of fame for many decades to come regardless of his performance now.
Parole sante.
whizzykiddy. Yes he did on the Ducati and usually rode shotgun at the rear while his team mate went out front and won or crashed while battling for the lead.
i'm just underwhelmed by rossi perfomance.. i thought if lorenzo could do it.. gives rossi the same bikes.. he'll do the same if not better result. motogp is a bit of a bore these days.. i swear i'm not gonna watch another lorenzo-lead-the-pack race.
Remembered this race 15 years ago now... still fresh in my memories.

I also remember this race 👌 i watch this with my past away father on television.
Dani Pedrosa is the incredible pilot but he had not any MotoGP tittle for too injuries. In 2008, 2011 and 2013 he crashed when he was leader, this is only bad luck. Dani is the great rider but he haven't luck
I hope Rossi is the WC this year and Pedrosa next year
Yes, Pedrosa is my Favourite Pilot for years and it's Really sad that he got that bad luck!

2:25
so many legends on one video
2:22 hey , that's michael schumacher...:D
Then the F1-related people must be prohibited in any MotoGP future races. Period.
Recently in #AustrianGP, Ross Brawn is at Red Bull Ring.
He was guest of randy mamola on Ducati with passenger
He is the real Valentino...
He was...
his face like never changes :)))) still young vr46 :))

Amazing race!
Yeah Nicky!! RIP 🏁
today you can only see a fight like this on Moto2 and Moto3
Rafiur rahman You're right, Moto3 and Moto2 are wayyyy more exciting except from the occasional race such as Assen where Marc and Vale had a brilliant racing battle.
+Rafiur rahman Don't complain, atleast the MotoGP isn't as bad as F1 is now.
+Rafiur rahman How it happened? I mean what causes less exciting races?
+Borsófőzelék Piskótakockával
the dominance of the front 4 riders
ryanfenton382 But there could be fights like this among the 4 top riders too.
This is pure fight on the track not same as race today in premiere class. Btw, 12 years on MotoGP and still not a world champion I'm talking about Pedrosa.
Damn..i miss those golden days of Rossi, we cant even imagine him doing this now
Fantastico!!!
I remember watching this on TV and it was sure as hell epic!..
let's wait this weekend, June the 4th. wish Vale will be the winner again
thank you Vale
Back then yamaha was considered pretty incompetent ...rossi has proved it's indeed the technique then the ride that matters the most..
Arif Iddalagi you belief this bull shit ?
NIcky got it done that year. Earl and Rose Hayden are the best people it seems like everytime I seem them at a track they are always showing love and entertaning people with great stories. NICKY the people's champ..
Valentino Rossi genial 🇦🇷🇦🇷👏👏👏👏👏👏

Watching stuff like this makes me giddy
Way back when the racing was good.

no commentary sucks, but the racing made up for it here, #ForzaVale
Would love to see bikes separated by 3secs at the end of a race in present day times!!
Wish granted!
3 secs is way to big of a gap...i think you meant 0.003 secs maybe?
MICHAEL SCHUMACCER ON THE TRACK !!!
I'm a huge fan of F1. But TBH, the F1-related people must be prohibited on any MotoGP races in the future.
In #AustrianGP today, Ross Brawn is on track. :-/
@@muharvi why?
Back when they were using 5 cylinder engines. Those things sounded brutal in real life. What you hear in MotoGp, despite it sounding epic, it doesn't cut it compared to the 990 Era.
RIP Hayden
Vale 🤩💚 what a race like many others
Il mondiale 2006 meritava Capirossi di vincerlo.
Parole sante !!!

Please bring back Assen 2006, thank you 🙏
i miss kawai and suzuki
top and amazing ..
rossi forever the best
BTW he was doing quite a bit better than when he was at Ducati. It's just the two unfortunate crashes that brought him down a bit recently. He's been fighting for podium in almost every race even if he doesn't get it in the end. That's a step up from his poor performance at Ducati.
Podium on the first race back is nothing to cry about.
Damn, i miss loris capirossi.
hayden's year
Miss seeing Nicky. Racing just isn't the same now.
Five riders in 3 seconds and so many overtaking, those were RACES!
i think this is the best battle.. its so close and include a lot of rider
give poor rossi a break he has done more than any other motorcycle racer in history 5 back to back championships , and 2 back to back championships in the era of the aliens (stoner , lorenzo and pedrosa) he beat them all fair and square he has done enough and he deserves to enjoy now let him live , he already did it in 2009 and 2008 . who cares if he is last he is still the GOAt

Never understood why Camel could advertise at this race and Marlboro couldn't

Back in that time riders had to show their real talent for wining...but now it is so sad that it is all about Bikes..
rip hayden. hayden was hit by a car in italy while training and passed away.
back in the days
New era moto gp : physical distance.
Old era moto gp : intention duels.
Eterno rossi 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
really competitive tournament, back there.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't care about being 'humiliated'. He will have fans even if he took a shit on the race-track.

Magnific battle ♥♥♥#46
26 dani pedrona....gooooo little man...best pilot....
Rossi just playing games..he was all the Race dominating them :-)
Rossi was able to withstand hp defecit with talent. Miss the days
rossi said - i close the throttle for half second... then i drop to 5th place ... hahahahaha
THEY are people coming in below 4th/5th place. He is not shit today because he is still doing better than 17 riders in the races.
The time that the man make’s the bike, not the bike make’s the man….

Hank Fraser Scrivi in italiano, grazie
This is the real race. Now the GP is about saving tyres.
I wasn't even arguing that, jesus christ! CAN YOU STOP ATTACKING A STRAWMAN!
I never said ANYTHING about Ducati. Actually read what I wrote.
whizzykiddy.
