    Thanks for making this video! The rub and sniff test doesn't work for me (I can't seem to rub hard enough to generate heat, plus my fingers get real clammy >_

      Yes I’ve heard of the 409 test but I haven’t used it so I can’t vouch. Lol with the sniff test! I have one piece that is simichrome tested but I can’t get a positive with the sniff

      Tina B the good thing about simichrome is you can get it anywhere! I’ve gotten it on EBay and in my local True Value Hardwarw store

    So then the bracelet was not Bakelite because it didn’t turn yellow?
