Great review guys. Amorphis are one of the best, most consistent bands in the world bar none. Never any fillers on their albums, to me this is their best album yet, no one else is capable of writing this. Finland has so many amazing bands. 🤘🏻
It is such a cliche but I say it anyway: Tomi could sing a phone book and I'd listen. But it helps that the song is really solid as well. Little flashback to Death of a King there in the breakdown.
I love these analyses. Modulo your previous reaction, I had not heard Amorphis (knowingly) in years. Great tune! That lead guitar tone at 2:04 just the right amount of edge/overdrive slipping in with such subtle aggression. It would be rad to have a community wide listening party.
this oriental sound i remember going very many amorphis songs, maybe big time song name death of a king. the moon still my favorite, but i think this song going up when they start play this in radio. thanx to great reaction and have awesome day.
EHX makes a sitar pedal called the ravish - my guess is they would use that. Ok finished the video, awesome song. Completely agree with everything you guys said, and you definitely pointed out some things I didn't catch the first time I heard it so thanks for that.
Nice reaction dudes!! 😎🤘, Instasuscribed,I like your style! 🤘🤘🤘 Could you imagine a band that sounds like the old Metallica (Hetfield vocals included), have the refinement of swedish melodeath, the grooviness of pantera, Lamb of God growls, and the passion to write six records (every one better than the previous), well look no further than Orbit Culture, this guys will fill Arenas in the future If you want to thank yourselves for taking this advice, please for the love of metal react to "Redfog" or "Saw" from their previous EP, this guys are making waves, opening for inflames this year and one of Heafy's (Trivium) new favorite bands
@@forgemastermetal I mean, it's not that it's bad, by any means, but to me it's one of those albums with one stand out banger. And that happens to be Dark Waters.
I felt this way until I heard it multiple times. It's an incredible album with no weak tracks, honestly. This isn't even my favorite track. It's a great one though.
To me Amorphis is one of the best bands...absolute masterful stuff. I agree. Greetings from Switzerland 🔥🤘🏽

100% agree, that’s a good catch on the throwback too!
I'd wear a hat made of flowers for you and for Amorphis.

Welcome to the forge!!
Amorphis es una de las pocas bandas que se escucha mejor en vivo que en una grabación de estudio.
¡Eso es difícil de hacer!
Ok, try Wintersun-Time 🤪
Na. That album was fine like, 20 years ago.
Hey nice Paciorrety jersey lol
Thanks for noticing, mate!
Listen Amorpis - Death of A King and brother and sisters.
Skyforger, too.
It’s a better song definitely. Really love the guitar work on this one
Same!
I have to say this: the vocalist sounds A SHIT TON like James Labrie whenever he's singing.
Unfortunately the album isn't... that great. This is the song that slaps the hardest, the rest is fine, but it doesn't hit this mark to me.
I loved it tbh
