Thank you so much. I have been doing meditation for so many years but I couldn't concentrate for one hour. Today I got up at 3 am & followed your instructions &did it for one hour. I don't know how the time passed. Though I could not get any experience but I found some sort of relief & relaxation. Can I do it at the same time every day at 3 am?can one sleep after the early morning meditation?I will continue to do this life long. Once again thank you very much.
