As lifters advance over time, different methods are necessary for continuing progress. Understanding the difference in recovery between novice, intermediate, and advanced lifters is important for intelligently structuring training over time. This applies to powerlifters, strongman competitors, and weightlifters.
Still a great video 3 years later!

Always good stuff
Awesome channel, thanks! Stay away from the corona!
When is part 2 going to get posted?
If I've been training for 25 years but stop for 2 months due to my gym closing and no access to weights... how long do you think I should cut volume for when returning? I feel like my recovery ability disappears after 2 weeks out from the gym.
Hello. Started deadlifting two months ago. Just hit a 315 lbs. While doing accessory rows I thought I injured my left lat. Every dead lift hurts my left side when I pull. I'm sure it's intercostal muscle in my ribs. Any stretches I can do to heal faster? Thanks!
What program deals with this philosophy? SS or BBM Beginner Prescription?
So where the hell am i on this list ? one year of lifting, s535 b340 d605 and im still getting stronger
You're in the section of first year lifters who give their best lifts to strangers who didn't ask for them.
Hello Alex! You just earned a new subscriber.
Check out my comments on your videos about Westside and Speed Work! Would love to know your thoughts.
Why does he look so short? He said he was 5'10 in another video but he looks more like 5'5. Not hating btw I'm 5'8
When ur wide... Its makes you look shorter, with nothing else in view for perspective
He's about 5 9 5 10. Idk I'm right under 6 feet and he's like 2 inches shorter than me
