Thanks for the nice review. I've been using DH for 7 weeks now, and I was curious how other people were doing with it. I had to experiment quite a bit to get it to work. Some of the food I liked a lot, and some was so bad I had to throw it away. So far, my favorite smoothies are the mint/Cacao and the dragon fruit/lychee. The only one I really didn't like was the one with a ton of hazelnuts in it. I add an egg and I fill the milk all the way to the very top of the cup. It doesn't fit back into the cup in came in. My favorite soups are the cauliflower/leek and the tomato/zucchini minestrone. Both of those I make with chicken bone broth to make them more of a meal. I hated the chili. I didn't like any of the harvest bowls unless I put a couple of fried eggs and more seasonings on top. I also liked the spinach/artichoke flatbread, but I've had a lot of problems with parts of the flatbreads being undercooked while other parts are burned. I like all the oat and chia bowls except the ones with cacao in them. I don't eat them as oatmeal though. I use them as yogurt mix-ins with some honey. I mix them into a cup of yogurt. That's pretty filling. I'm going to stay with DH, but there is a issue with cooking everything all together, everything for the same length of time. The hard vegetables are undercooked and the greens are overcooked. At some point, I can see myself wanting to make it myself from scratch so I can cook things in steps. The miso soup is awful because the miso is ruined by overcooking. It needs to be stirred in at the end and barely cooked.

@@briannacotton6190 Hi Brianna, yes I lost several pounds in the first 8 weeks using Daily Harvest. It taught me how to eat to lose weight. I have continued to slowly lose weight without dieting, but just eating different. For me, it's a matter of eating at least a cup of fruit and veggies with each meal and going easy on the carbs and oils. I found that this type of diet really gets rid of my munchies. I snack very little now. I stopped Daily Harvest after about 3 months, partly because of the cost and partly because I didn't like the way they just mush everything together. I might add that I have a family of four that I cook a normal healthy meal for every night, and that didn't keep me from losing weight.

Thank you for your video! I recently tried Daily Harvest and I love the flat breads. I'm looking for other people's favorites for what to try next. I think the flavores are good on some of the bowls, but find as touch of salt was prefect to inhance the flavor. The recipes are healthy, portions are small especially for the price. It is super convenient for healthy quick eats.🍴

I’m o. My second box. I enjoyed half of mine. I’m bout to try flat bread now. Like you said my least favorite was leek and asparagus soup and the pot pie. Need something added like beans or meat for me. I think I have the miso some where. The cocoa vanilla bites and harvest bowls have been my favs and some of the smoothies

Hi! J so you know the ingredients on the side are what they consider the key ingredient not all of the ingredients. The whole list is in smaller print on the packaging usually. Also some of the smoothies do have added sugar in the form of maple syrup
I think for the flat bread ....I would bake my bread first for a few minutes just for that crunchy flavor and taste then add the topping and seasoning ....I eat flat bread a lot but it can be a little soggy like pizza bread.....

You're now to big so you don't have much weight to lose see I am 260 pounds so I will be just using the respite to make some of the meal one my own if it's just to much I just want to learn what foods to eat to lose weight and know what to buy to make healthy meals my biggest problem is my snacks I eat sweets when I get hungry so hopefully I can. Eat the food that is filling so I don't get hunger every 10 minutes after eating so this may help I going in saying this is gonna work because I am sticking with it I hear people say they stay full longer and if it keep me full longer I can lose weight with eating the right foods the food that keeps you full longer will be the best thing ever if I just leave the sweets along
