Maybe you're expecting too much from the timer as it's max operating pressure is 116psi. Possible fix to dripping (after all your impressive efforts to thwart!) might be to just open/'turn' splitter valve slightly up till leak starts then back down a bit at a time giving pause in between each downturn to normalize the pressure hopefully enough psi to still myst to ones liking. Back pressure since you're going from 1/2" garden hose to that tiny like 1/8th" tubing for the mysting system. if that really is 75' long and such tiny tubing that explains the female attachment being metal as it's expected to hold back all that pressure. EDIT: Mine did come with a washer. I'm not certain it's factory included and i didn't get a pre-opened box but there's a screen across the center which is most useful for catching particulate in the line that might clog spray/myst nozzles.
Hiya, interesting question - smart life app doesn't normally ask for a credit card or payment unless you subscribe to advanced features where, based on the energy rating, you could get the energy consumption data from the sockets and other IFTTT devices. Are you subscribed to a payment plan or something specific? Cheers!
Hi, yes now that I've used it for one full year, I'd say it lasts about 8-10 months. Basically when the battery is low, the valve stops opening, so even when your scheduled job in the app says it’s succeeded, your plants haven’t been watered. That’s the time you’d ideally want to swap the batteries. Hope this helps. Cheers! 😇
Hey Nadia, thanks for your question. Yes indeed you can, there’s the orange button on the pump itself you might have seen on the video that you can press instead of turning on the tap itself as the tap will be in its ON position already, although you could regulate the flow if needed.
@@MyNextBest now it’s saying Device connection Failure so I have to go outside every time to turn the water on what should I do to keep it on all the time especially if I’m out of the country and that’s a purpose my body so I can control it when I’m out of the car but I can’t do that because I have to continually go outside to press the button in order to keep it on
@@nadiajosephdell653 Hey Nadia, you won't have to do that as long as the little pluggable wi-fi hub device is in range of your broadband wi-fi router and ultimately the water pump is in range of the wi-fi hub. It's kind of a wireless daisy chain but that's how it will work. If you're able to setup the two devices within the appropriate range, you won't see a failure. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Cheers!
@@calwolfe3094 Thanks for your feedback Cal. It's a smart water pump, uses local WiFi to switch ON or switch OFF the pump. In terms of explanation, what were you looking for? Tbh the operation and technology underneath is dead simple from a user point of view. Cheers!

Hi, thanks for the in depth explanation. Yes all new units do come with a filter in the box. Cheers!
I have the duel model. Is it possible to set up the smart life app without giving them your credit card info? Thanks.

@@MyNextBest I got it working through guest mode.
Do you now have a better indication how long the battery last?

Do you have to keep the water on at all times for it to work
Hi, yes you do have to keep the tap opened for operation, but don't worry, you're not wasting any water 😉 Cheers!
How to use voice command like Alexis
Hey, you'd have to enable alexa skill to be able to use voice commands. Cheers 😊
What’s the name of the app, I bought it but I can’t find the box
Hi, it's called smartlife

You skipped how to make the schedules
What is your thoughts?
Hi, Thoughts are simple really - it's getting the job done really well. Hassle free and you're fully under control whenever and wherever you are.
Absolutely the worst explanation I have ever watched!!!!
