I know this is a old video but if the hair ever get tint of purple from shampoo, use some blue dawn dish liquid it takes out the purple every time . I’m not professional like you but it does work !

I love this color.. I've been trying to achieve this color on my mom's hair and just can't seem to get it to reach past a level of 8 1/2-9. I guess I get discouraged and stop. Lol
