The Tigers are Japanese. They studied hard how to pronounce English words in Received Pronunciation (RP). However, they failed to pronounce some words correctly. Pay attention to words, such as "far away". To pronounce this phrase, they employ a French uvular "r" for the "r" and "w", thus making their pronunciation different from the Standard British RP.

Wah....saya putar lagu ini ke suami saya, kebetulan dia orang Inggris. Dia memang gak kenal lagunya, tp dia tanya, memang ini dr UK ya (dr pelafalannya), kok saya gak pernah denger lagunya? Waktu saya bilang, ini Band dr Jepang....oh pantes sy gak pernah denger. Jadi dia terkecoh dgn pelafalan Kenji yg memang spt orang Inggris

@@utamihalliday2995 The Bee Gees yg menulis lagu tsb. Mreka lahir di Inggris, tp kmudian jadi org Australia. Kebetulan bhs Ingrs org Australia bersifat "non-rhotic", jadi sama dg Received Pronunciation. Hasilnya...lagunya mirip lagu yg dinyanyikan oleh org dari Ingrs.

Biddu must have been the one who taught The Tigers to pronounce English words in Received Pronunciation.
