love the ride just because.... isn't it a whole new feeling as you drive though now and think of all of the possibilities and realize.. hey that's mine now? instead of fixing this or that, you get to see it for your vision and what it can be. Pretty cool. we got our place maybe 25 years ago now and I can still remember the first rides through the property afterwards. It almost took a couple rides for it all to sink in.
Beautiful place Tim, congrats. I'm sure after looking around you see lot's of stuff you want to do to the place. Plenty of work but it's all fun work if you ask me. Looking forward to the videos.
That is a real pretty piece of property you have managed to acquire, Tim. If you didn't live so far away, I'd ask if I could come walk around on it, don't even need to hunt it, its just pretty. Hope you and your family enjoy it.
That is a very nice piece of property. All the access roads really make it nice to see. You will have a lot of fun and work over there. Are your Dad and brothers still doing the logging?
Congrats Tim on the land and for the people in the Columbus area for the ice get water softener salt bags crush them down to roughly 1/4 inch chunks to use as walkway ice melt and put it in front and behind your tires for traction stock up on the winter rated windshield washer fluid for de icing your car door handles and windshield wipers if you accidentally forget to lift them up
When I worked in the oilfields out of Louisiana, there was a place I drove through going to Morgan City that must have been Polecat central. The smell was strong. Nice looking property, a little more than I could manage. Bet you have plenty of deer.
Hello Tim. Looks like a nice piece of property from what I can see. You have earned it. Congratulations. Have you considered researching for civil war activities. I know you metal detect when you have time. At least I think you said that you have a Garret metal detector. Just curious. Probably some old silver coins in those old house sites. Thanks.
Im sure you won't say but looks like that's about 100 acres or more. Beautiful oak flats. We down in south Alabama have pine trees to hunt..sure miss those days hunting that type of land..
😊😊 there should be plenty of deer 🦌 😊 there in the oak woods and good creeks that have water 💧 usually where there was a old oak tree 🌳 😊 there was a old house 🏚 😊 spot there years ago OMG 1 2O 2O25
I do but don’t understand folks. Good morning Mr Tim, if you have a problem with trapping then don’t watch but with the rules of UA-cam not letting folks see how it’s done when they are pushing content creators to basically teach in their videos. Remarkable!
You are a blessed man. I know you will be a good steward of the land. Congratulations
I hope you have some grandkids to spoil them on that property
Looking forward to seeing ya working on the new property. Y'all sure deserve to be proud of yourselves.

Hard work definitely pays off! A nice property! Take care and be safe...
Congrats on the land deal. Anxious to see what you do with it.
Congrats on the new land. What a blessing! I hope to one day do the same. We are sitting up awaiting the sneaux apocalypse in SE Louisiana tonight!
Look forward to seeing what you do with the property

I bet the stores down south don't have windshield washer fluid designed for like below freezing.
@ down there I could be wrong but the majority of the windshield washer fluid is labeled all season which I think is rated to 27 degrees F

Nice ride in a lovely place!
That's some good timber. Not complaining but mine looked the same, the hurricane laid it all down. Never had any plans of cutting it. Sad really

Hi Tim would some of the wind blow hardwood be salvageable?
It is a perfect fit
The key is maintenance

It's 160 acres.
Congratulations Tim! Don’t think I caught it if you are sharing how many acres?
It’s a 160 acres.
@ nice buddy that’s good chunk
That seems a lot of land to manage, you’ve got your work cut out ❤
This property makes feel like I'm back up in the country before asphalt & concrete took over .

I know why you didn’t show it but I enjoy the videos you show your trapping on.
GoPro batteries don’t like the heat or the cold a lot of creators have been complaining about
hey tim, you ever hear from jason over at hollis farms? is he done with youtube?
#needdeerstandsonthem roads
Nice.

Time has shown a little bit before animals caught and how he sets up the traps just never the part that UA-cam would have issues with
That creeks going to kill a few trees. They must be waterlogged already. 🇬🇧
Polecat city tater😂😂😂😂😂😂
Are you going to build a cabin ?
