One major qualm I have with TCW is WE DIDN’T GET ENOUGH HUGS 😤 So here’s a compilation of the ones we have (plus my lovely commentary).

It is an absolute CRIME that we never got a Obi-Wan and Anakin hug. They’re canonically BFFs, let them bond. 🥲
We need a scene in the Ahsoka series where they hug as Force ghosts. I'll die if we don't get to see a reunion scene where they finally just talk and hug it out like PLEASE

Honestly, tho-whether one considers it romantic or not, the way Rex looks at Ahsoka when she removed his helmet is more “in-to-me-see” than any hug we got from Anakin and Pad’me. Which is … tragic on a lot of levels. -sigh- I really need to stop psychoanalyzing all these characters.
I agree. Honestly I think a hug would be out of place in that scene and what we got was just as beautiful. Tho I wouldn’t be complaining if they had hugged lol 😂

The reason that there aren't many hugs is that jedi are forbidden to have attachments to others, so they don't show it very publicly :( It's in the code

That’s just weird… Ahsoka and Rex have younger sister / older brother chemistry or at least some type of family chemistry. Never saw any romantic implications between them.
