I bought the Denali at the beginning of May. So far it has been a very good grill. The sear burner works very well. My grill also burns hot on the back of the grates. The cast iron plate insert is great for smash burgers, and is a good size for what I cook. I have used it for smoking with a smoke tube and it works fine. I have done ribs, pork butts, and whole chickens, all have been excellent. I have done pizza on it with my existing pizza stone results were so-so. Truthfully, I have not even used my pellet smoker yet this season and have thought about selling it. Over all The Monument Grill (which I had never even heard of when I bought it) has been great. My cons, grease drips down off the drip tray in the front right on the doors and tank. Going to have to do a mod on that next deep cleaning. And the price was more than I wanted to pay, but I think it was justified.

Awesome video. Hey off topic it just hit me I was on harbor freight website, on the Hercules page, coming soon, 20v miter saw? Got any info? Please tell me it's a 12 and not 7 1/4
My guess is it has a lot to do with how much oil grease is in the food you’re cooking. I’ve seen smokers with Glass like that and they do get smoked over. Someone told me to use WD-40, but I think any good degreaser will work
Keep them clean and covered! My last grill, a Wal Mart Cuisine Art, $50, lasted 4 years and still was cookable when I replaced it with the Monument. And that is on an un-roofed deck, and I use it 12 months of the year in Upstate NY.
Look at you making grill videos. All up in my grill you might say 😎. I looked into those monument grills a little bit. They do seem like pretty decent cookers. Use that and your $250 chinesium metal grill for a length of time and moderate/ heavy use and you'll see what people say about those cheap grills. Not lasting. Or even the $500 and $600 12 burner fancy stainless shiny thingies. Ask me how I know. 😎 Anyway, that looks like some tasty food. I'm sure my invite was lost in the mail. 🤔👍🍻🥃🍺 EDIT: I just realized I might have sounded like I was endorsing that monument grill. I haven't had my hands on it and I don't truly know that build quality of it. I have seen expensive grills, thousands of dollars. Of bells and whistles and lasted 3 years. I'm not saying that the monument is one of those. But I'm not saying it's not.
Burgers are too fat. Number one mistake most people make. Think Five Guys size - your guests will be much happier. That garlic is going to take 3 hours on that top rack 😂

Thank you for your feedback. We'll definitely make the improvements.💪

Thank you for this detailed review😄

Good adve-review-tisment. I am interested in how clean that glass stays.

@denoftools Also be careful of any water splashing on to the glass when hot.
Wow , 21 burgers 4 brats 2 salmon 1/2 dozen ribs, for a family of 4 ? Your eating like a family of real bears ! 😅 Happy Fathers Day ! 🫡
I’ve yet to find a grill where the grates last more than a few seasons.

$450
@@jimharper9609 I always clean and cover I live in RI tho it gets cold here seems to eat through grills
The grates are cast iron as they are on both of my pellet grills. I've never seen that happen and I'm in the Rockies up here in Montana.
I prefer stainless steel over cast iron grates. Never coat with oil, clean While still hot after each use and they stay smooth and looking like new.
It just dawn's on my that my little Bear is not next to my name anymore ... Hmm...

You seem to think that the only burger people like are smash burgers and that's just not the case. And the garlic came out perfect, thanks for asking.
@@denoftoolsLook like Zip's Burgers ! 👍😋
Love the tool box setup 👍
It's like an instant outdoor kitchen. I wonder if I could add a sink mod to it
I can just close my eyes and smell that Garlic!
