    I’m 22, never planted Anything in my life, but I’ve watched my mom and dad plant food my whole life, not potatoes though. I had potatoes left over that had started to sprout, so I cut one up and planted it. I now how 5 potatoes from my one potato!

      ​@@mjsox13watering potatoes is probably the most complicated part of the growing process. You have to add a bit more and more water as time goes on. The amounts are different for each potato

      @@Lastdayone I only grew 4 potatoes, and they were small. They were the tasting potatoes I’ve ever had thought. I legit bought potatoes from Walmart and cut them up and planted them

      I need help with the soil. We live in a concrete jungle. In reclaimed marsh land. No soil. So could you let me know what I need to order to grow potatoes other than a bin, potatoes and a carton of eggs😅​@@thefrenchiegardener

    Garden farming is fun. The first plant i grew out of curiousity were tomatoes then strawberries them zucchini. Its fun. 😋👌 love this video im going to plant potatoes tomorrow.

    Potatoes are simple,and stick them in the ground and wait a while,only work that’s involved is keeping the dirt mounded up,I cut mine twice to 4x the amount of plants

    Awesome short my dear frenchie, but in your 20L bucket/pot, you put 10cm. of soil,place the potatoes near the surface,as the potatoes grow, you add more soil,leaving only the upper leaves exposed and by the time they've reached the top of the pot/bucket,with the foliage dried and dead,its time to harvest the spuds.     You can cut the patatoes in pieces before planting. As long as there is at least one sprout per piece, a plant will grow from it.

    oh I don't really do that xD but I have my own potato plants though, even had a harvest already. I just buy a sack of potatoes and we don't end up eating all of it because 2 kg is a bit much and they start sprouting if you leave em anywhere, even yeeted them onto the balcony at one point and they start sprouting, yeet them in the ground, if they have two ends, cut em in two and you got yourself 2 plants

    Cut them in half before adding to the carton and you will have double the amount of seed potatos
