I am addicted to it. It’s light and hygienic AND quiet. I use it now instead of my heavy, noisy vacuum cleaner. I use it daily. Before I used the vacuum cleaner once a week or so and I hated it. Now I absolutely love cleaning my floors.
I'm a professional housecleaner and I use these all the time. It is the best tool. I use it to clean mirrors, walls, showers and floors. I don't use any of the Swiffer pads I just use regular rags. Works great and makes cleaning faster.
Thanks for the review. As a long time Swiffer owner I agree with what you showed in your review. I'd like to add that it's light weight makes it easier for disabled people to use it.🤗
Thank you for the honest, real world review! We just got bamboo flooring after replacing some really old carpet and we just realized we have no way to clean the new floor. It looks like this Swiffer is perfect. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
My Swiffer just arrived from Amazon yesterday. Did the kitchen floor. Would not have been able to do it without you. Very clear instructions and demonstration. Thank you very much.
@@shizueleighhicks6174 Anita is brilliant, just don't tell her that as she might not be able to get out the door LOL :P :D. @ bestkitchenreviews is *THE BEST* reviewer on utube in my humble opinion.
Yes I do use the blue Terry towels that fits perfect on the swifter broom and I wet it with white vinegar to clean first. Best part I wash it and use it over and over.
I thank you VERY MUCH for your information. I came here looking for GOOD directions on how to secure the pad onto the mop head. I followed your directions, and I had NOT ONE pad come off on its own. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! As a "funny" side note, the gunk that my new mop picked up was probably 5 times worse than yours--maybe 10 times worse! I did the dry mopping first, and then the wet mopping. Nice review. Thanks. I hate vacuuming and mopping since I do that everyday at work. We really do not have space in the apartment so I can just put the stick in the corner. And thanks, I hate long review videos. I like it short but informative.
Aug. 20/18 - Purchased this a few days ago and used it this morn. What I didn't like about it is that it picked up so much dust that when I took off the cloth, the dust fell away from it landing on the floor. That was annoying to me because of the prices. I thought they grabbed dust. On a more positive note, I found it was easy to work with and actually fun because I was able to go pretty well everywhere. The video shows much dirt on the cloth whereas my place has no traffic and much dust lands everywhere. The price of these units and cloths are astronomical and honestly ridiculous but nothing one can do. Thanks for demo, I don't think you have to give dimensions, it's all on the box(es). Have a good one peeps.
I get a lot of dust in my bathroom and the broom was tedious. I just bought one of these and it worked really well. I didn't pull the cloth off, I rolled it off from one end to the other keeping the dust from flying off.
cant144 it dries fast for doing big areas. It’s ok for like bathrooms or small spaces and i like to use it for bathroom walls or places I cannot reach. I also use rags too sometimes because it last longer than the wet wipes. So you could also do that or attach cloros wipes etc
Excellent review. My whole apartment is hard surface and stuff gets tracked in. I don't mind vacuuming or dry mopping first sometimes, but I don't feel it's really clean without wet product. I hope I can find this when i go shopping today, since I don't make purchases online ...

Anita, as this is a dry & wet mop, how would you mop the floors ?. As in would you have to put cleaner on the floor 1st ?. I'm thinking that's the case.
Hi Carol, for dry mopping use dry swiffers and for wet mopping, use wet swiffer pads for finished floors (not on unsealed floors). They’re sold separately and work well 😀
Is this safe on wax wooden floors? I Am planning to buy this for my rooms inatalled with wooden floors, but want feedback if this will clean and dry my wooden floora without damaging the wax coating.
1. I have the X-Large mop head and I can't seem to find the dry tissues that fit. So, I use 2 of the normal size tissues BUT that cause a hump in the middle where the overlap. That hump doesn't allow the tissues to touch the floor evenly. Where can I purchase the X- Large dry tissues ? 2. On my smaller mop, I use a sock as my dry tissue ☆ Then in the Washer it goes afterwards.
I don't agree that it replaces a broom. If you have spilled rice or cereal or anything like that the Swiffer won't pick it up. You need a broom and dustpan
The purple box - wet jet is a replacement for a traditional mop and bucket. It holds cleaning solution and sprays before you mop. Please watch my review of the Wet Jet to see if it works for you: ua-cam.com/video/wW8UA_sqGGo/v-deo.html 😃
the thumbs down are for the sheet cleaning things that you put the soap in but they dont fit, anyways my mom had to use tape, for instances, the sheets too small or my parents just bought the wrong one anyways i still liked the video
Funny you never mentioned that it's great just before waxing the floor (old vinyl floors and ceramic tiles). It guarantees that no micro hairs and other stuff will not blend in with the wax or sealer finish.
Save Money..... 1. Place a Sock over the Mop....for dry sweeping....remove and throw in the Washer.....then re-use. 2. Once the wet tissues are dirty, remove....flip over and re-install. These little guys are around $8.00 to $11.00 dollars...depending on the amount.

That said the dry pads work well but the wet pads are pretty terrible. They would work well for cleaning a small spill but not good for mopping.
