My end of year tbr: 1) Maybe In Another Life - Taylor Jenkins Reid 2) Colleen Hoover's hopeless series (please don't come for me its for a book challenge) 3) Icebreaker (I'm ashamed to say I haven't read it yet but I will this month) 4) People we meet on vacation - Emily Henry I've been really good about setting realistic goals lately 💛
End of the year TBR 1. Trapped by Michael Northrop 2. Stars Above by Marissa Meyer 3. Fairest by Marissa Meyer 4. Rememberance The Mediator series book 7 5. Happy Place by Emily Henry- started reading in August. Got sucked in to the Shadow Demons Saga series so now I have to finish it.
My end of the tbr is 1. The five-star weekend (I'm currently reading and listening to this) 2. The mistake (another current read) 3. Lovelight farms (I really want to finally read a Christmas book) 4. Divine rivals 5. The princess.
I can’t explain How much I love her, Alexa your the sweetest person ever, such a kind soul I love the vibe of your account it’s such a save space for me❤️thank you so much that you upload so many videos and put so much effort in them❤❤
I recently got a bunch of books from the library, so I'm going to work on reading some of the books from the Before the Coffee Gets Cold series, Iron Flame, and the 2nd Daisy Haites book!
I live in England, And Ali Hazelwood's Book Check and Mate is already out. I think you will really enjoy it. I'm a chess player myself so as soon as I saw it I knew I had to read it
Omg yes you need to read throne of glass, I read it after falling in LOVE with the ACOTAR series and I think I ended up loving throne of glass even more
For my end of the year tbr I am hoping to get to Keeper of the Lost Cities, Rise of Kyoshi, finish Clockwork Princess, The Final Empire, and at least start Throne of Glass. January I plan to read A Court of Wings and Ruin and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue just to finally get them off my tbr and start fresh.
I'm having the same struggles with Iron Flame but still hoping to finish it by the end of the year. I'm also trying to finish the Throne of Glass series so that I'm all caught up with SJM's books before Crescent City 3 comes out next month!
On the same reading trajectory for Caraval, Ruthless Vows and Throne of Glass! Recently finished ACOTAR and Garber's newest series...just had to read more. ❤
I was NOT a fan of Ali Hazelwood... The Love Hypothesis was a 2 star read for me and I had put her on the NO READ LIST... BUT, I LOVED Check & Mate... 5 Stars... I love Chess Stories(The Queen's Gambit with Anya Taylor Joy is my favorite all-time book adaptation and the book was fantastic also)... Jealous about that Illumicrate Edition! I can't WAIT for Ruthless Vows... Divine Rivals is my FAV book of the year too out of 114 books read so far 💙
we have the same birthday!! Happy early birthday :)) I am with you on your thoughts for Iron Flame. I devoured fourth wing, but this one i'm going a bit slower on, mostly so i can enjoy it/annotate, but also it hasn't grabbed my attention as much. I thought Starling House was an amazing read.
I had to listen to divine Rivals because reading it, I just couldn’t get into it at all. I didn’t LOVE it but also, I feel like I HAVE to read Ruthless Vows for some reason lol. 😅

And Iron Flames got me devastated at the end. I couldn’t read anything for a few days after finishing it because I was so mind f*!@$ed haha
I've just started reading Powerless and it's absolutely amazing so far probably one of my favourite reads of this year😊
