As much as I enjoy the next episode for all of its...if you know, you know...this was the standout episode for me from season 1. Twas 666 times more bonkers than I ever thought it could be.
Seems like in this universe, the way each vampire's body reacts when killed depends on a mix of how they were killed, how long they were a vampire, and how powerful they were.
I love the baron. When he is doing the shimmy under the beams of sunlight is too funny
I just assumed the Barren resembling a Ken doll was just a side effect of staying dormant for so long.
