By the way, I noticed in editing that the first part of this video starts slow: House #1. House #2. Boom 12 minutes. What's very interesting about that though is: That's exactly how life worked. It starts VERY SLOW and then grows faster. Get on that exponential curve NOW!

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Not down playing his hustle, but luck is definitely a thing. I bought my place when the market was bottomed out in the area. I didn't know that it was bottomed out until I found out it was worth $125K more than I paid just 18 months later. Kevin was in a similar situation with his first place.

I don't know that he got lucky so much as didn't get unlucky. You can know all of what you need to do but what stopped me on my second house was a traumatic injury and surgeries to fix it. Still can't walk well. When your life changes focus to basics like relearning to walk 15 times in 5 years (not exaggerating), it's impossible to keep it up without help. Kevin also had Lauren and the knowledge passed from future in laws. He also got a family member to co-sign. A lot of us are doing this more on our own. My family trusts me enough to co-sign but aren't in a financial position to be helpful in that way. My friend was willing to co-sign but they wouldn't let him because we weren't related, even though he has a nice investment portfolio. All the catch 22s.

You did little unique but had hustle, was willing to take risk, worked very hard, and deferred some self gratification. Actually that is all things that 99% of people lack. I find VERY few people that obsess about such things. Social media is great to find such people, but mostly I find people are lazy of thought and physical.

What determines unemployment remains a controversial question in economics, partly because each theory suggests different solutions to the problem, and different ways about how people and economies really work. Never depend on a single income, make an investment to create a second source. Wise spending is part of wise investing. And it’s never too late to start. Life doesn’t always present you with the perfect opportunity at the perfect time. Opportunities come when you least expect them, or when you’re not ready for them.

It all depends on your cash flow after expenses, landing a good job and keeping expenses low really helps. If your job allows you to save $2000 a month towards investments and real estate as long as you live within your means it's less than 5 months of saving. If you are only able to put aside $200 a month it's almost 4 years and feels much harder to achieve. Ironically after I drew the line on spending and I completely paid off a bit of credit card debt I simply transitioned to investing and it's been an upward climb ever since and is allowing me to sleep much better at night.
