Need more manipulation of the muscle tissue to work pain out and release tension.Percussion is a good technique in limited use.This type of massage can actually make someone sore.Skin massage is relaxing though.It’s whatever someone likes in the end.I wasn’t trying to belittle your efforts.Just an observation on the deep tissue part.

i’ve always thought this 😭 i love her videos, but sometimes it looks like some of the stuff she’s doing is making the pain worse rather than helping - deep tissue calf massages are almost always going to hurt a bit, so it’s probably fine when she’s putting so much pressure on the meaty part of the calf, but i’ve always wondered about the ankle or behind the knee

@@davidgilbert9822 he’s her husband :) i’m sure what she’s doing feels nice, but what she’s doing is likely going to make the pain worse in the long term because he’s getting deep tissue massages on his calves so often. the nerve in your calves is pretty much right underneath the skin and she could potentially be damaging it

Indian ASMR are great. for most part. I just wish they stopped using water. it has no asmr or massage or any value in giving massage.
