Hey man... Breaking out the Yakitory! That thing looks bad a_s to cook on. Great job on the Tom a Hawk, my mouth is watering. Appreciate you video's Drew.
@@swinebovinebarbecue thank you for your reply. That’s exactly what I thought you would say! Love to see more cooks on it. Did you get the optional cart stand or the cabinet?
Great video. One thing I don't like is the inability to taste the food. Do one on grilling hamburgers for company if you get the chance. Grilling season is here and it's time to have guests.
Great video man. I recently subscribed. I recently cured a pork belly as bacon then smoked it like a pork shoulder to make pulled bacon. I posted results on smoking meats forum. I wouldn't mind seeing your take on that, as I have not seen any other CC post on UA-cam covering that.
@@swinebovinebarbecue NP man. Other ideas, dry aged pulled pork from pork butt... It tastes awesome, and cured pork butt for pulled ham... For what I call Cleveland style BBQ.
Looks great! Pretty cool breaking out the yakitori

Phenomenal cook! Gotta try the chimchurry! How are you liking that Mill Scale Yakitori?
Love the Yakitori. It’s a lot of fun to cook on and the grate adjustments make it really versatile
