      Love the Yakitori. It’s a lot of fun to cook on and the grate adjustments make it really versatile

    Great video. One thing I don't like is the inability to taste the food. Do one on grilling hamburgers for company if you get the chance. Grilling season is here and it's time to have guests.

    Great video man. I recently subscribed. I recently cured a pork belly as bacon then smoked it like a pork shoulder to make pulled bacon. I posted results on smoking meats forum. I wouldn't mind seeing your take on that, as I have not seen any other CC post on UA-cam covering that.

      @@swinebovinebarbecue NP man. Other ideas, dry aged pulled pork from pork butt... It tastes awesome, and cured pork butt for pulled ham... For what I call Cleveland style BBQ.
