Those finely chopped veg. That job was outsourced to ppl during lockdown when ppl had nothing to do. So, they kept chopping veg very finely and very small, almost turning those cabbage and carrots into powder.

Lot of factors play a role in a good video. Cameraman, script writer, the chef obviously, video editor, concept creator etc. They could all be just one or two people too. Anyway point is credit is to the whole team. It’s unfair to pick one and say all or main credit is for that one role.

One thing that always holds me back is the insane amount of prep that has to be done for the food. 2 Cups of finely diced carrots , 1/2 cup of finely diced garlic, yaar 1 ghanta lag jayega yeh sab karne me. Without a food processor this is too much effort.
You can grate the carrots, and for garlic, just crush the top part of it then the peel comes off easily.......... then you can just crush the garlic instead of chopping it! 😉
Its vegetable powder. I use it in my recipes as it adds a beautiful veggie aroma. We can get easily in shops. Its an optional ingredient A secret ingredient 😉
