I HAVE PLAYED THESE GAMES BEFORE (had to do the meme, great guess though wonder what they would do to utilize any functioning flashlights to prevent murders in the dark. Shit is actually scary when I think about it.)
Oh I adore this execution. Yeah it's short but that's why it's so perfect. Okazaki wanted to die in a very theatrical way, yet she dies by suffocation, and the only cool thing about it is that her head got covered in molten gold. There's also the fact that her head was completely covered by the cast so she couldn't even get to see herself die. As an Okazaki fan I hope she does well.
Actually now that I am thinking about it this execution characterizes Kan far better than it does Okazaki as if he actually knew about Okazaki he would make the execution fox themed but it he doesn't and it really shows that he is just using this project to get some cool images, I haven't seen much of Doctorside but it becomes super clear that Dr Kan is more vain than Okazaki ever was because at least in her own head Okazaki fully committed to her own ideas Kan just half asses stuff and calls it a day.

Watari said something like " I thought we were going to be foxes together in the next life but I was a sheep for believing a wolf" and that would smack some sense into Okazaki and make Okazaki realise that Watari was the only person she truly cared about, you never know what you appreciate before you lose it. Perhaps naming the execution episodes by the same number of its chapter would be better?? The names could perhaps be spoilers for the people just now finding the series. I noticed that the titles for Sasaki and Harada sorta gave away who was beung executed. Sorry, just something I thought if you dont have to take it to consideration if you dont want to.
Is actually a good point when I was watching the second trial I have to stop watching it for a few hours and when I came back I saw the video with the punishment and I instantly knew who did it. Or at least make the name confuse for example this case. Funny enough I tried to avoid spoilers for the punishment and looking at the name I wouldn’t have guessed it.

I'm gonna be honest; I've let things simmer down for a while and I've come to the conclusion that, at least personally, this might have been my least favorite chapter. Even though Kamimura and Tsuno were both some of my favorite characters, it made sense for them to die right now; Kamimura had his arc and I sincerely couldn't see Tsuno being late-game material, but I really thought that Okazaki was shaping up to be something beyond the "chapter 3 double murderer that is revealed to be coo-coo crazy insane!" archetype that has been done to death, and it didn't quite make me feel **anything**.
