First Time Working With MMANA GAL

This video shows how easy it is to enter a basic vertical antenna in the MMANA-GAL free program. I cover the highlights of the program and then simulate an antenna in 20m and 40m. Since the geometry of the antenna is for a 1/4 wave in the 40m band, the computed SWR is very acceptable for a frequency in that band.

I'm sorry, but I had to stop watching after 2 minutes. What's wrong with the sound? It's booming, phasing, lacks clarity, and sounds as if it is coming from a cave. It's a pity, because the info sounded spot-on.

Thanks for the comment. No need to apologize at all. You are 100% correct, the sound in this video is terrible. It was one of my first ones and I didn’t have an external mic on the laptop. So what you hear is the built in mic in my old laptop. Either way thx for the feedback & I will remake the video in the near future since the MMANA GAL program continues to be very useful to many hams. 73.
