I absolutely over-thought my valentines in elementary school. In 5th grade I had a crush on a boy, and I got those magic eye valentines. One of the designs had hearts on it, and I made sure no one else got the heart one except him. I really thought I was sending a message lollllllllllll

Same! I have a very short list of beauty content creators that I follow and she's been at the top of the list for many years. Her videos have gotten me through some pretty bad days, and her genuine, wholesome attitude is contagious.
The HB Rose Quartz looks so pretty with that blush! Very mi-February appropriate.
I love the Rose Quartz palette! I have a couple of Huda Beauty’s palettes and her eyeshadows are so good. The eye look you created is very pretty.

I have to say. That Elf primer is one of my favorites. Coming from a very oily skinned 52 yr old. It feels great going on and it helps my staying power. I have heard that the Danessa Myrrick balm is the best for oily skin. I just can’t justify spending $55. 😊 I am a SAH nana that uses makeup everyday and tries to stay on a budget with my cosmetics and skincare.
Before you throw away the power grip primer try mixing it into a foundation. It’s not as sticky but you get the staying power. I was just about to get rid of mine too when I saw a video by Nina Ubhi she a professional makeup artist here on UA-cam and gives great makeup tips and tricks. That was one of them that I loved.
Try patting on the Power Grip primer rather than rubbing it. You may find that works better. Either way it's applied, it's definitely a primer I can't live without.

I love the ELF grip primer. I find that if I use 2 pumps it feels really good going on. It makes a huge difference in the staying power of my make up.
I really enjoy a good “hodge podge”~shop my stash video! It also reminds me when I see a sale I can re~examine what I already have and not buy something that I’m basically buying over and over again. Even if I don’t have the exact products you mention, it prompts me to reach into the back of my make up drawers and re-discover past products “I couldn’t live without” but forgot about😘

I know that there's a lot of focus on the "latest and greatest" but I really appreciate it when you go through your collection and actually use it
I love putting on the Elf power grip primer. Dry skin girlie here. I don’t find it very hard to move across my skin 😂 it’s such a game changer having dry skin and using a lot of moisturizing or dewy products when I want longwear
Ok teach me my friend. Maybe I'm not using nearly enough? Like if I used more it would almost HAVE to glide, right? Do you use more than a pump?

@@emilynoel83 hey my friend I responded back to you but my comment didn’t post. Basically I would say try applying it in sections if applying it all over is uncomfortable and hard to spread. A game changer. Such great longevity with the makeup ☺️ & I use 1-2 pumps

Yes! Thank you for pulling out Huda Rose Quartz - I just used mine the other day the duo-chrome lavender on the bottom row is so stunning. I’m not typically into purples and greys, but that palette is just so fun! Looks GORGEOUS on you Emily!

Emily….I love, love, love the look. You right…most of those products are more difficult to use. I thought the Patrick Ta foundation was a little dark with no coverage so, once you brightened, it was better….pretty $$$ to declutter! Maybe in the summer, it would work better? Emily I bought the bullet brush from Morphe and WOW is it such a good one! I’ve been doing the technique of putting the Kosas powder around the pores and eyes like you’ve taught us, and I love it! It really does make that difference that you need! Lately, foundation doesn't look good around my nose. I typically forget to use primer but decided to see if the lack of primer is the problem. I tried a few frommy stash, and the winner is Tarte and Elf grip primer. I was going to declutter Elf also, but it definitely made a difference!
Emily, I can't believe you don't reach for the Huda Rose Quartz palette. It's so versatile, easy to use, and gorgeous. You certainly created a beautiful look, and I will for sure recreate it today, as I'm going to a friend's house in a little while.

Each month I choose an older pallet to add into my rotation for the whole month. I keep my current favorites out too. I usually reach for the older pallet a decent amount. February I'm using Too Face Chocolate Gold. I was also a child who would overthink my Valentines!

I use the eco tools stipple brush with the power grip and love it! I use it for days when I know I’m gonna be out all day and it helps it lasts so much longer. You HAVE to name of the people Dr Drake Ramoray!

Yes, I think the Rare Beauty Liquid Blush shades Hope and Encourage are more dewy than some of the other shades but they’re also softer, in terms of brightness(kinda my vibe). I’m re-discovering the Rose Quartz palette and pulling it in with my Natasha Denona palettes.
It’s refreshing to watch Emely she’s all over the place with her makeup powder then cream and so on it’s kind of messy but she’s all positive and keep it going 😂😂😂😊😊
