Can't tell if that's the eastbound or westbound side rest stop. I must've made 2 or 3 thousand trips over the summit between 1978 and 2001. I met my wife at the Gold Run Cafe back in the early 80's. Sadly, I lost her last last March but she would've like this video. She went on my trips whenever she could.

It was at a local ski area, Sugar Bowl a few miles off of old US 40.
