I don't understand, these tools are not adequate for properly color grading or tone mapping footage on the fly. There is no offset control which is a core tool for white balancing shots, and without the application having an ability to apply LUTs on the go or any other render pass, you're left in the situation where any sort of raw capture cannot be properly graded.
