I love this song! This song has become my family's song it seems. Whenever we are going through rough times or needed to remember that God has a plan in our lives, God puts this song in our lives. When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, when my bro graduated, when he was trying to find the career to pursue. The words just hit home each time. I love it! Kieth and Kristyn really have a gift.

One thing though, something that always occurs to me when I see beautiful, young Christians singing with such apparent devotion: Do they know yet what it means to suffer for Christ? ... how many miles have they walked with him through hardships? ... how many valleys of darkness? ... is what appears to be their passion tested by trials? is their joy in Christ based only on the premise that life is good--when you are young, healthy, and the future stretches way out before you? ... will they look this way, act this way, bubble this way when persecution comes ... and it is coming.

No, you weren't in hell but you were under the Lord's discipline. He loves you so much. That's why you are disciplined by Him. You aren't orphan but you have Heavenly Father who loves and disciplines His cherishing son like you. Everything that has passed to your life is a lesson and discipline from God. Anyone whom He loves will be disciplined and instructed by Him.

Magnificent, anointed, beautiful. Only one change would I make. He was not buried in the ground, Jesus was placed in Joseph of Arimathea’s tomb, I would substitute “tomb” for “ground” .... otherwise, perfection. I am daily listening to my now favorite modern hymn.

Wow, what an awesome woman of God, what an awesome voice. What a wonder God can do through those willing to allow Him to use them.
