Yes. EEG se cerebellum ki activity bhi pata kar sakte hai.. Although many scientists has different opinion about it. Some says that signals from cerebellum cancel in EEG but fee found significant record. You can find published paper in Google. Other non-invasive technique is MEG ( magnetoencephalography).
