I'm a student and a fellow NEET dropper , if you want to be a doctor, there are other ways to get into the medical line. In my view if you can give time, BSC, MSc, PhD in microbiology, Pathology, Experimental physiology, Medicine are some of good option. You can go to abroad for doing Postdoc easily after that.
If you can not give much time, BPharm and Mpharm is also good. High demand and good salary in pharmaceutical companies...choose field According to demands in job and salary growth. I feel time of course doesn't matter much.

Ya it is a good option. Pros- no need to establish own setup. Can join many hospitals at a time.. good money without investment. Now a days ICU run by anaesthetist so good job options. Cons-patient not directly come to anaesthetist so sometimes less job satisfaction. Credit of surgery goes to only surgeon.
