But switching from AC to battery is not taking a delay. Router is working fine after power cut. Also while watching video in 4K (max load) no issues.

What is it used for? TV, light, fan will function without power?
Only 12v 1A is the output. WiFi routers and some DC fans can run for 3 to 4 hours.
