Lebanon of my childhood memories was much smaller, One park, Harmon Park, Town hall theater, Library, and the converted Y was the Lebanon Historical Society. Lived three blocks from downtown. When I returned years later the Old Marathon Gas Station on North Broadway was the Breakfast Club. Mulberry St was drivable and Iverson Drug Store was on the Corner of Broadway and Mulberry. I left there in 1958.
There are no mobile homes in Lebanon, they are not allowed here. This area was a much better place to live in the old days, the developers are ruining this area so you may want to take a hard pass.

The downtown area is still pretty cool and I like the big farm properties also
