"軍艦マーチ" is a Japanese march written in 1897 as the anthem of the Imperial Japanese Navy, and is now the march of the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMDSF).
I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel. The purpose of this channel and its content is to historically present the music at hand and does not show support for nor against the party on screen, rather a neutral preservation standpoint so that the music is not lost to time. Not all parties shown on Danjori are widely accepted, however, I merely upload their songs to record history, good or bad.

I'm not Japanese but this is just my view of it:
The lyrics were written in the Imperial era, so those are the same, just like Battotai's lyrics: We are the Imperial Army and our enemies are the Emperor's enemies".
But it also keeps with the traditional aspect of Japanese society, revering the Emperor, while not as much as they once did, he's still held in high regard, at least by the public services
