Thanks Scott for the great and honest review, it was nice working with you and getting to know you 👍 I'm glad you left the mistake in of over filling it, we all do that with any new piece of equipment, even I did it as well when I first invent it. But I was actually surprise how much gold it still caught when you packed it full 😃
Very well presentation of this new product for our prospecting needs. Loved how you shared front row views of how the product processes the material and the capture of the AU. It is a blessing having designers to make products to put more shiny in the pan at the end of the day. Heart ❤️ felt thank you to Chris for sweet product and captures the gold. Enjoyed the review and liked seeing it work through the clear plastic cover. Enjoyed this much, wonder if it could be used for fine beach sand. Stay golden my friend. New subscription earned on this. Liked your presentation. 🏔️🏔️🏔️🌲🌲☃️👊✌️😆
Hi Jason, if the pressure is set just right and maybe just a little slower feeding rate I think it will process your type of gold really good, based on my last year of testing this. I'm capture more spec and flour gold then I ever had using other equipment. Weirdly I'm also noticed it catching specs of Silver, which I didn't think NH even had in its rivers. I thought about giving you one to review but you spent a lot of time and money in designing and printing your own product that seems to work great, so I didn't want to "step on your toes", lol But if you want to give a fair an unbiases review, even if it might end up working better or the same as your stuff 😁 I'll send one out to you to review. It sucks your state banned mechanical water pumps so you can't use it on the beach, but as Scott proved out here, bringing cons home to run works just as good.
I use PETG all the time. UV resistant and PET is the plastic your soda bottles are made of. PETG comes in many colors and can have Carbon fiber version to print your stuff for a very strong hard version.
I think the apex or drain should be the collector & the exit should be out the top to remove lights like a true HYDROCYCLONE. But w/ the exit out the bottom heavies will always escape. Imagine if the blue bowl had a big notch down the side of the center cone. This design looks FUN but fights with what everyone knows about hydro cyclones in the mining industry. So, I ask this, why is there volumes & volumes of data hydro cyclones, to be read & learned from, AND tons of videos. Like the gold drop, it will need a mag sluice under the exit to catch what gravity & pressure force down the drain. When a system gets plugged like this, & blows out, it takes a lot of stuff down the hole w/ the surge. Time will tell all. All I ask is show me the data on this type of device being used elsewhere in gravity or density separation. Sorry I hate myself for being a geek.
Cool setup indeed fam. Keep at it. Gold Squad Out 🤠
