Reverend Elvis - Interrogation of the Good (Bertolt Brecht)

The worst times in history were the times when people thought they were good. If you are already good, you don't have to do any more good deeds and often don't even notice how bad you actually are. Bertholt Brecht wrote a text about this about 100 years ago "Verhör des Guten". I tried to translate the text into English and set it to music. Here my first try.

Against whom?

thank you! Translating itself is not so difficult today (www.deepl.com) but it is not a song and to convert that into a song text that is a real challenge.
