- I started off my day with a typical south Indian breakfast: Dosas and Idlis. I later found out from my local friend that there is a popular dosa place that is only open from 3-5am! So after a long food day, we woke up early to get what some say is the best dosa in Hyderabad.

My boyfriend is from this city and I am from Vietnam. I am not complaining but it is super hard to cook for him. He wants everything to be covered in spices. He doesn’t want any meat taste. The food need to have spices after taste. But i have to admit, before i had lots of bad stereotypes about Indian, but since I meet him. Everything changed. He is the best person I have ever met. Mate Dosa is in southern side of India. You won't find authentic tasty dosa in any other part of India. Tamil Nadu dosa taste best. India's North-South-East-West all have different food and cultures.

Btw if anybody hasn't mentioned already, the white sauce you get with dosa is called 'Chutney' (made of either cocnut or peanuts) and the soup is 'Sambar' (lentil soup)

I love this channel. I love how he's eating a dosa with sambar and chutney like a New York style pizza LOL! You should try South Indian food at Sangeetha restaurant in Chennai. Mikey is really going outside the comfort zone by traveling and meeting people around the world to share his love of food. And he does so with a positive energy and a loving attitude and this makes everyone love him. This is what makes traveling fun. To be able to humble ourselves as a guest in another country. Come to Karachi, Pakistan! A lot of the same dishes but we were a same country once! I love Indian people but as they have their own regional food, ours is also regional and delicious! Most of the food has the same description but has a distinct flavour from Pakistan. P.S Loved this video, our two countries will hopefully reunite again.

Yeah, what different regional dishes are there in Pakistan, can you tell how it is different from North Indian food?
Lord Murphy yes there are alot of them. Shanwari style which is from northern Pakistan. Sajji which is from blochistan. Lot of Karahi styles. Different Pulao styles.
Karachi has Nahari , haleem, biryani but in their own way different taste.
Search up National Ka Pakistan. I promise you will have a good watch. You will get to see different foods, cultures and people in Pakistan. Let me know how you like it.
